God wants you to be rich because you are his child. God doesn’t just want you to live, he wants you to live a lavish lifestyle. Don’t think materialism. You can live a lavish lifestyle without being materialistic.

Materialism is not having materials. God created material things for humans because He knew we lived in a material world.

God wants you to have the finer things in life. Materialism is the tendency to consider material position, possessions, and physical comforts more important than spiritual values. Materialism is trying to meet a spiritual need with a material thing.

Why does God want us to be rich?

1. Because you are His child.

2. Because He wants you to be in a position to give, help, and support the poor.

3. Because He wants you to be in a position to finance the gospel and His work in the earth.
   
   When you have a relationship with God, it is not hard for you to understand the fact that He wants you to prosper.
