We are excited about the upcoming activities that have been planned for your child at Faith Chapel’s Xtreme Kidz Summer Camp!!! Camp will be held at The Bridge (100 Mike Moore Blvd., Birmingham, AL 35224) from 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM for children entering K5 through 8th Grade. Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to accommodate children with exceptional needs.

TO ENROLL YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING STEPS:

  1. Complete and sign the online Registration / Payment Form below.

  2. Fill out the Camp Waiver and Agreement Form (one per child) online.

  3. PAYMENT: There is a $140 non-refundable registration fee per camper (which includes a season pass to Splash Adventure) with a 1st week cost of $120 per camper, and weeks 2-10 of $150 per camper ($125 for each additional child of the same household). After May 20th, the registration fee will be $40, AND PARENTS/GUARDIANS MUST PURCHASE THEIR CHILD’S SEASON PASS FOR SPLASH ADVENTURE.

    Payment will be taken at the time of form submission via PayPal.

  4. Complete the Medical Release form.

All registration fees and tuition payments due by May 20th prior to start of camp.
