Senior Services Case Manager

Collat Jewish Family Services (CJFS) is seeking licensed, master’s level social worker (LMSW, or higher) to provide case management services to older adults and their families. The Senior Service Case Manager utilizes professional skills to perform assessments, create and implement care plans, and access community resources to enable aging-in-place safely and improve quality of life for families as they navigate later life. Qualified candidates will have professional experience working with older adults and an understanding of the range of issues and dynamics that families face as loved ones age. LBSWs with 2+ years of experience with an aging population may be considered.

Schools Program Coordinator

Job Title: Schools Program Coordinator

Responsible to: Clinical Director

Location: IMPACT Family Counseling

Purpose of Job:
This position involves directing and managing the day-to-day operations of the Counseling, Therapeutic Day School, and Behavior Aide component of the Schools Program. This coordinator position will oversee a staff of Counselors, Teachers, and Behavior Aides who provide counseling and behavior aide support for students in a school setting. The Coordinator will work with Clinical Director and manage the collaboration between IMPACT and various school systems.

Working Hours:
Monday through Friday, for a total of forty (40) hours per week, some evenings and Saturdays on an as-needed basis

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field. This person should have a minimum of three years of experience. Licensure Preferred. This position involves the necessary organizational skills to successfully manage the Schools Program. The director must have the leadership skills to supervise counselors and the ability to grow and expand the program into the community.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Counselors and staff in the school's program

  • Coordinate the implantation of counseling services in multiple school systems and schools

  • Supervise the expansion of services within the community

  • Coordinate training for staff

  • Collaborate with partners to identify students appropriate for Therapeutic Day School and other Schools Program services

  • Partner with other community agencies as needed

  • Maintain client database, and files, and prepare documentation as needed
